What we have built
Three tools we built ourselves. Each one shows how we work: useful, sourced, kept under control.
The inbox that sorts itself.
Every reply is filed as warm, cold or neutral. Unsubscribes are filtered first, locally. For warm replies, a draft is prepared in the right thread. Nothing is sent.

You open your inbox and you know what to handle, without reading everything. Every prospecting reply is filed as warm, cold or neutral, the warm ones already have a draft ready in the right thread, and unsubscribes are handled before anything else. Nothing is sent: the account can only prepare drafts, you review and you send. The classification runs on a European model. The replies you would have opened one by one are already sorted by the time you arrive.
You dictate. The report assembles itself, complete
A few voice notes taken on site, and the report comes out structured by lot and by party, ready to circulate.

The report that takes you an hour to type after every meeting is already assembled by the time you get back. You dictate on the way, and the report comes out structured by lot and by party, ready to correct and circulate. It stays faithful to what you said and does not fill in for you, every remark stays yours. From one meeting to the next, parties and lots come back on their own, you correct them by voice, and the report goes out in a single send to all participants. An hour of typing less, at every site meeting.
Setbacks, heights, parking. Every rule, its article
You ask the question in French, naming the commune when it matters. The assistant answers from the indexed official documents, and follows each value with its article.
The municipal value you spend time hunting for, the setback, the depth, the number of spaces, arrives with its article in seconds. You ask the question in French, the assistant answers from the commune's official documents, and follows each figure with its reference. Outside the indexed texts, it writes not covered rather than putting forward a value at random. What you gain: the time spent digging through the PAG, the PAP and the building regulations, and the risk of mixing up two communes.
Does one of your processes deserve its own tool?
Those hours already go by every week in your business. We look together at which of your processes pays off most, with no commitment.
