When is AI the wrong tool?
Before writing prompts, the team sorts three fictional tasks. It practises choosing between a clear rule, AI assistance and a human decision.
- Clear rule
Total fixed fields
When inputs and calculation are unambiguous, a testable formula or software function is enough. AI would add uncertainty.
- Assistance
Draft from approved information
When wording varies, AI may prepare a draft. A responsible person checks the substance and tone before it is used.
- Decision
Decide a contract exception
A decision with legal or financial consequences remains with the named person. The group marks where assistance ends and approval begins.

Does the company need a development project?
No. Training can be commissioned independently of software development.
How is the content defined?
The audience, existing knowledge, work tasks and tools permitted in the company are agreed beforehand.
