Privacy policy
How Lux Digital Solutions processes your personal data when you use this site or contact us, in accordance with the GDPR. The full identity of the publisher appears in the legal notice.
Data controller
The data controller is Lux Digital Solutions. Full identity and contact details: see the legal notice. For any question relating to your data: support@luxdigitalsol.com.
What data, and when
Contact form: the information you enter there (name, email address, message). It is used only to handle your request. Providing it is not mandatory; without it, we simply cannot reply to you.
Technical data: when you browse the site, server logs may record technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and proper operation.
Audience measurement: if you consent to it, Google Analytics records browsing statistics. Without your consent, no measurement takes place.
Why, and on what legal basis
Answering your contact request: our legitimate interest in engaging with the people who reach out to us and following up on their request (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Security and proper operation of the site: our legitimate interest (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Audience measurement: solely on the basis of your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who has access to your data
Your data is neither sold nor passed on for commercial purposes. It may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting, email delivery), each set out by a processing agreement within the meaning of article 28 of the GDPR.
If you accept audience measurement, Google acts as a service provider for Google Analytics.
Hosting and transfers
By default, the site and your data are hosted on an infrastructure located in the European Union.
Google Analytics, if you accept it, involves processing by Google, whose parent company is in the United States. This transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses and, in addition, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the IP address is anonymised there. You can refuse or withdraw this consent at any time.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for at most twelve months after our last exchange. If a contractual relationship follows, statutory retention periods apply.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to us at support@luxdigitalsol.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) in Luxembourg. This site also uses no automated decision-making and no profiling.
Cookies
The details of cookies and the management of your consent appear in our cookie policy.
