Contact form: the information you enter there (name, optional company and phone, email address and message), plus a campaign source if present. It is used only to handle your request. Providing it is not mandatory; without the required information, we simply cannot reply to you.

Self-check and newsletter: when you submit the form, Brevo processes your email address, the requested self-check variant and your optional newsletter choice to send the confirmation email, select the right document and record the attempt in its transactional logs. Your address is added to the self-check list only after you confirm; the document is sent only after that. The monthly newsletter is a separate purpose: it is activated only after confirmation and only if you selected the optional checkbox. Without confirmation, no document or newsletter is sent and your address is not used for marketing. Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time. This data is not sold.

Technical data: when you browse the site, server logs may record technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and proper operation.

Audience measurement: we use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless tool hosted in the European Union, to understand how the site is used. It sets no cookie, does not retain your IP address and produces only aggregated statistics; it cannot identify you or track you from one site to another.

Advertising measurement with your consent: if you allow the Meta Pixel, a page view and a server-confirmed form submission may send event, browsing and device data to Meta, including the URL visited, the form source (contact or self-check), time, browser information, IP address and the _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc cookie identifiers. We do not send form content, your name, email address or phone number to Meta.

Answering your contact request: our legitimate interest in engaging with the people who reach out to us and following up on their request (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).

Security and proper operation of the site: our legitimate interest (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).

Audience measurement: our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement (article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). As Plausible sets no cookie and does not access your device, no prior consent under article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (transposed in Luxembourg by the law of 30 May 2005) is in principle required, in line with the exemption criteria set out by the Luxembourg CNPD and the French CNIL for audience measurement.

Meta Pixel and its advertising cookies: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 4(3)(e) of the Luxembourg law of 30 May 2005). The Meta script and associated cookies remain blocked until you make a positive choice.

Your data is neither sold nor passed on for commercial purposes. It may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting, email delivery), each covered by a data processing agreement within the meaning of article 28 of the GDPR.

If you request the self-check, the emails are sent through a technical email provider bound by a data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR.

For audience measurement, we use Plausible (Plausible Insights OÜ, based in Estonia), which acts as a processor within the meaning of article 28 of the GDPR; we remain the data controller.

If you consent, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives event data to measure our campaigns and create advertising audiences. For certain processing, Meta and Lux Digital Solutions may act as joint controllers under the Meta Business Tools Terms.

By default, the site and your data are hosted on an infrastructure located in the European Union.

Plausible audience measurement is likewise hosted in the European Union and involves no transfer of your browsing data to a third country.

Meta is part of a global group. Data may therefore be processed in the United States or other countries under the transfer mechanisms described by Meta, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for at most twelve months after our last exchange. If a contractual relationship follows, statutory retention periods apply.

The confirmation link expires after 30 days. Without confirmation, you do not appear in any contact list, but the sign-up attempt and sent confirmation email remain in Brevo's transactional logs. We keep these records only for as long as needed to document the request, secure the service or meet a legal obligation; we then delete them or instruct the provider to do so. After confirmation, we keep your details for the duration of your subscription. After consent is withdrawn or you unsubscribe, they are no longer used for sending; only the minimum information needed to prove and honour the withdrawal may be retained. You may request access, correction or erasure at support@luxdigitalsol.com.

Your Meta Pixel preference is stored for six months. Under the Meta Business Tools Terms, Meta may retain event data for up to two years; audiences created from that data may remain until deleted.

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise them, write to us at support@luxdigitalsol.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) in Luxembourg. This site also uses no automated decision-making and no profiling.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through “Manage cookies” in the footer. Withdrawal blocks future calls to Meta and removes Meta cookies accessible to this site. It does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
