We match the infrastructure to the sensitivity of your data.

A European cloud governed by a data processing agreement is the standard. Depending on the situation, a dedicated server in Europe or an installation on your premises remains possible. Before work begins, you know where the data will be processed and what framework governs that processing.

We recommend the smallest useful next step.

The next step may be direct implementation, a prototype, training, a focused audit or no change for now. If a third-party provider is a better fit for your situation, we say so. No engagement begins without your approval.

AI for construction, we have already built it.

Auroplan, formerly BuildFlow, is our own construction software. Its AI features run in our own day-to-day operations.

Drywall partitions up, finishing in progress.
The upper-floor drywall partitions are fully up. The finishing of room 3.2 is progressing as planned, due Friday. The electrical conduits are installed and checked, the connections will be made next week. Next phase: undercoat from Monday, then paint and floor coverings. Project status: on schedule, handover at the end of April.

A word from the founder

With Auroplan, I saw from the inside how hard it is for companies to get a clear picture of AI. Hardly anyone says it openly. They are looking for someone they can trust, not a salesperson.

That is how LDS came to be. Out of the conviction that most AI projects start in the wrong place and solve problems nobody has. And with the ambition to fundamentally change how AI is used and seen.

I use AI every day. And I am convinced that in the years ahead, systems that work autonomously will carry entire companies. It starts with understanding, not with the next tool. From there a company moves step by step, until it runs its own AI instead of being run by it.

That is the work of LDS. We do not help companies adopt AI. We help them avoid being replaced by it. We show where their business cannot be copied: where trust, judgment and relationships are worth more than any automation. And where AI truly creates value, we build the right solution.
