AI advice comes down to one question: is it paid to sell you a tool, or to tell you which one spares you an expense. Here is what answers for us.

We build tools for the construction sector ourselves.

Our team has been building software for more than ten years. Auroplan (formerly BuildFlow) is the most visible result, our own software designed for the needs of engineering offices, project leads and developers. We do not discover your trade when we look at your processes. No need to explain to us why technical specifications matter, or how a handover works. And because we build tools, we also know what a tool cannot do, which keeps us from recommending one you do not need.

Your data on servers in Europe, set out by contract.

Your project data is processed on servers located in the EU. Its processing is governed by each provider's data-processing agreement and by our contract with you.

Our advice does not depend on what we sell.

We develop Auroplan for construction. But when a third-party provider is a better fit for your situation, we say so. After an audit, you receive in writing the processes that genuinely pay off. The implementation is yours.

The upper-floor drywall partitions are fully up. The finishing of room 3.2 is progressing as planned, due Friday. The electrical conduits are installed and checked, the connections will be made next week. Next phase: undercoat from Monday, then paint and floor coverings. Project status: on schedule, handover at the end of April.

A word from the founder

With Auroplan, I saw from the inside how hard it is for companies to get a clear picture of AI. Hardly anyone says it openly. They are looking for someone they can trust, not a salesperson.

That is how LDS came to be. Out of the conviction that most AI projects start in the wrong place and solve problems nobody has. And with the ambition to fundamentally change how AI is used and seen.

I use AI every day. And I am convinced that in the years ahead, systems that work autonomously will carry entire companies. It starts with understanding, not with the next tool. From there a company moves step by step, until it runs its own AI instead of being run by it.

That is the work of LDS. We do not help companies adopt AI. We help them avoid being replaced by it. We show where their business cannot be copied: where trust, judgment and relationships are worth more than any automation. And where AI truly creates value, we build the right solution.
