How many hours a week do your teams spend on documents nobody pays them to produce?

The site report waiting to be written up in the evening, the quote that went out without a follow-up, the eighty pages of tender specs your team combs through to find what concerns your trade: these tasks have a cost, often invisible, always real.

  • Written, quantified report
  • Triple-fee guarantee
  • Hosted in Europe, covered by a DPA

The Bilan Terrain, with a quantified guarantee

Before deploying anything, we analyse the processes within the scope you define.

  • A written report of six to ten pages
  • A calculation annex verifiable line by line
  • A roadmap that ranks the tasks by payoff
Our commitment

If the report does not identify at least three times the audit fee in quantified annual savings potential, the audit is not invoiced.

The calculation method is fixed in the quote before we start, and does not change.

We built it because we needed it

Auroplan (formerly BuildFlow) is our own document-analysis tool, developed in-house for building professionals. It drafts site-meeting reports from a voice note and attaches photos to the right project automatically.

This is not a roadmap promise. It is a tool in production that we use and keep improving on the basis of real problems. You can watch it work on one of your own documents, before any commitment.

What it changes in practice

Quote follow-ups

Your quote went out. Ten days pass with no reply. You do not know whether the client has had time to read it, is waiting for more information, or has already signed with someone else.

An automatic follow-up goes out at the right moment, with the right content for the state of the file. The content matches what you quoted and the phase of the project. You touch nothing, unless a reply comes in.

Files that are slipping are flagged before they are lost. You choose which deserve a personal follow-up.

Site reports

You dictate the essentials on site, or fill in a two-minute form at the end of the visit. The report lands structured in your inbox before you have left the site, with open points, owners and deadlines.

You correct what does not match. The rest is ready.

The report goes out the same day rather than two days later, and writing it no longer takes your evening.

Tender responses and CCTP analysis

A construction tender often runs eighty pages or more, most of which does not concern your trade. Locating the technical clauses that apply to you, extracting quantities and spotting inconsistencies takes skilled time and leaves room for error.

Our assistant reads the specification, extracts the passages that concern your trade and flags the points that need checking. Your team works from a structured summary, not the raw document.

You can respond to more tenders in the same timeframe, or spend more time on the pricing.

Delivery-note checks

The supplier invoice arrives with its thirty lines, you check two or three and the rest goes through, because comparing every line to the delivery note would take time nobody has. Fourteen cubic metres billed for twelve delivered, or a rate nobody has updated in six months: line by line it does not stand out, and over the year it adds up.

An automatic check compares quantities against delivery notes and prices against the agreed rate. Discrepancies surface without you having to reread everything.

You pay for what you received at the agreed price. Anomalies are caught before payment, not after.

How it goes

  1. 01

    Initial call (free, thirty minutes)

You describe your main processes. We assess whether a bilan is justified and whether the triple guarantee is achievable. If it is not, we say so directly.

  2. 02

    Bilan Terrain (analysis and report)

A structured conversation of about ninety minutes, followed by two to three hours analysing your tools, data flows and time measurements. You receive the report with the calculation annex.

  3. 03

    Next steps on your priorities

Implementing the identified automations, training the team, or simply the report as an internal basis for decision. The next step is yours.

LDS is an automation and AI company. We work specifically with construction firms and architecture practices in the Grande Region, because that is the environment our tools were designed and tested for.

We analyse your administrative and document processes. The result is a written, quantified report, the Bilan Terrain, that identifies achievable gains, prioritises actions and quantifies each item using your own data. The bilan is quantified, and its cost is tied to the potential it identifies. The solutions we deploy are hosted in Europe and contractually covered by a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Auroplan, developed in-house, is our reference tool for document analysis in construction.

Where is your data hosted?

We match the infrastructure to the sensitivity of your data, on a four-level model: European cloud with a data processing agreement (standard), dedicated servers in Europe, or models installed directly on your premises. Our solutions are hosted in Europe and contractually covered by a DPA (Art. 28 GDPR). Before we start, you know where your data sits and the framework in which it is processed.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Bilan Terrain?

An analysis of the administrative and document processes within the scope you define: quotes, follow-ups, site reports, invoice checks, tender handling, or anything else. The result is a written report of six to ten pages with a per-item calculation annex you can verify yourself. The bilan identifies what repeats, what it costs and what automation would actually solve.

What does the guarantee cover?

If the report does not identify at least three times the audit fee in quantified annual savings potential, the audit is not invoiced. The guarantee covers the potential identified in the report, not the savings realised afterwards (those depend on implementation). The calculation method is fixed in the quote before we start, and does not change afterwards.

Where is my data hosted?

We apply a four-level model by sensitivity: European cloud with an Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement, dedicated European servers (Hetzner, Germany), or installation directly on your premises. Solutions are hosted in Europe and contractually covered. The decision on the level rests with the client.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Auroplan?

No. You upload a document, you say what you are looking for, you get a structured result. The initial configuration is done by us.

Does LDS work only in construction?

No. Our anchor is construction and architecture in the Grande Region, because that is where we built our tools and our experience. We work with any company whose administrative processes are repetitive and document-heavy. The condition is that the bilan can identify real potential.

How long does a bilan take?

The main conversation lasts about ninety minutes. The report is delivered in the following days. Our total effort, analysis included, is around four to five hours.

A first thirty-minute conversation

We look at whether your situation justifies a bilan and whether the guarantee is achievable. A concrete conversation about your processes. Or send us, in two sentences, what takes you the most time right now.
